Once an order enters the shipping process, typically within 15 minutes of placement during business hours, we are unable to cancel it. Our goal is to deliver your items promptly, so we process orders in real-time. If the 15-minute cancellation window has passed, cancellation is not possible. Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination. All postage costs are calculated at the checkout stage
Normally we don't provide support during weekends or holidays, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

Shipping Information: We strive to pack and dispatch orders within 48 hours of placement during our store opening hours. We work diligently to ensure your purchases reach you as swiftly as possible. Due to ongoing pandemic-related challenges, delays may occur with all postage services. If you notice minimal movement on your tracking, please report your parcel as lost, missing, or delayed through the Australia Post Help and Support portal or with DHL for international orders. We may occasionally change our service providers to offer you the best delivery service.
Australia Wide Shipping: Domestic shipments are charged at a flat rate of $14.50. Delivery estimates range from 2 to 8 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch. Once we dispatch your order, we are not liable for any loss or damage during shipping.
International Deliveries: International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage once your order has been dispatched, nor for the duration of delivery. By opting for this shipping service, you assume all associated risks. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility. Please consult your country’s customs office before purchasing to determine any additional costs.
International shipping rates are as follows:
- New Zealand: Calculated based on weight at checkout for orders under
AUD $500; orders AUD $500 and over qualify for free shipping.
- USA/UK: Calculated based on weight at checkout for orders under AUD

Yes, we accept returns within a specified timeframe provided the item is in its original condition with tags attached. For detailed information, please review our return policy.
Please note that all sales by Attirella are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We advise thorough inspection of all images, descriptions, and measurements before making a purchase. Each item's condition is clearly stated in its description. If a garment has any flaws, it will be noted, and the item will be sold "as is," with the price reflecting any imperfections. Many of our pieces are in brand new condition, never worn, and some include original tags and/or packaging. This information is also provided in the item description.
Our Designer pieces on our website are sourced from reputable designer consignment stores, which employ a separate authentication service for items not directly verified as authentic by us. However, these designer consignment stores guarantee the authenticity of all their designer merchandise. We do not sell questionable or inauthentic items and ensure thorough inspection of all merchandise, though they have been previously owned.

How do I know what size I am and how can I ensure the item will fit me?
When shopping for pre-owned pieces online, we advise following our garment measurements. While we list the size as shown on the item's label, please be aware that sizing can vary over time and between brands. As an Attirella online shopper, we encourage you to conduct your own research for your size by brand. You can do so by downloading a size conversion chart or referring to the brand's website or store.

What condition are your items in?
We aim to present items of the highest quality, however, as many of our pieces are pre-loved, some signs of wear may be present. We provide detailed descriptions and photos to precisely illustrate the condition of each item.
